Week 1 on Weight Watchers

Stats:

Age: 28
Starting Weight: 155lbs
Goal Weight: 130lbs

So I’m on the last day of week 1 of Weight Watchers.  I’ve pretty much stuck to the plan.  I haven’t gone over my daily point limit of 21 except for yesterday.  You are allotted 35 weekly points that you can use for anything, and you can also get more points by getting “activity points”. I have been jogging for 15 minutes each morning, so I’ve gotten 12 activity points for that.

The week went pretty well, I have to say I have been fairly hungry, but I’ve made it through.   I’m hoping to have at least lost 2 pounds, but I’ll have to wait until tomorrow to find out.  The plan only allows you to weight yourself once a week.  That’s been hard since the scale is sitting on the bathroom floor.

I do have to say, my portion sizes are WAY smaller than what they used to be.  I’m also making healthier choices.  I was already eating pretty healthy, but the portions were way off.

So fingers crossed for weight lost tomorrow.
